Ben Brooke Digital, launched in August 2020 by our CEO Ben Brooke, represents a beacon of innovation in the recruitment industry.

Ben began his professional journey as an account manager and designer, later branching out to manage his own freelance business. He collaborated with talented colleagues to deliver exceptional design and development projects for emerging brands, gaining a robust understanding of creative services and team dynamics.

His deep dive into the recruitment sector marked a significant pivot in his career. Here, Ben swiftly established and scaled a creative team from the ground up, growing the team to three key members in just eighteen months while also achieving recognition as one of the agency's top billers.

After advancing to a directorial role at another prominent recruitment firm, Ben's unwavering passion for recruitment and a vision for a bespoke approach led him to entrepreneurship.
